Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QuantumVerifi (the "Service") operated by QuantumLayer Platform Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuantumVerifi provides automated software analysis including repository analysis, API testing, E2E test generation, and performance testing. The Service uses AI to generate test suites, security findings, and documentation.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Authorised analysis

The QuantumVerifi platform performs automated analysis only when initiated by a user.

By submitting a repository, website URL, API endpoint, or other system for analysis, you represent and warrant that you own the system or have obtained all necessary permissions and legal authorisation to perform such analysis.

QuantumLayer Platform Ltd provides tooling that executes analysis tasks based solely on user instructions and does not independently crawl, scan, or analyse systems without a user-initiated request. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any system submitted for analysis complies with applicable laws and the terms of the relevant system owner.

Misuse of the platform to analyse systems without proper authorisation is strictly prohibited. QuantumLayer Platform Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit systems you do not own or have authorisation to analyse
  • Use the Service to discover vulnerabilities for malicious purposes
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws
  • Use AI-generated outputs to create malware, exploit kits, or attack tooling
  • Submit URLs or systems containing illegal content, adult material, malware distribution, gambling, or other prohibited content

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your code and data. The generated tests, documentation, and analysis results are provided for your use under a non-exclusive license. We retain ownership of the Service, including algorithms, models, and infrastructure.

7. Payment terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle.

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. The beta environment may experience more frequent downtime.

9. AI-generated outputs

QuantumVerifi uses AI to generate tests, security findings, documentation, and other artefacts. These outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, false positives, or omissions.

  • AI outputs should be reviewed by a qualified human before production use
  • Security findings are informational and do not constitute a professional security audit
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs
  • You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated artefacts in your systems

10. Limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
